IGNITE0 Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions applicable between Tokoshie Inc. ("Company"), which provides IGNITE0 (the "Service"), and all individuals and entities using the Service ("User"). By using the Service, the User is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms define the conditions of use of the Service and the rights and obligations between the Company and the User. The User shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" means all services provided by the Company, including web applications and AI-generated 3D design support features.
  2. "Generated Content (User-Generated Content)" means text, 3D data, images, design information, and other data entered by the User through the Service or generated by the functions of the Service.

Article 3 (User Registration)

  1. A person wishing to use the Service shall apply for registration in accordance with the registration procedures in the Service, and registration is completed when approved by the Company.
  2. The Company may refuse registration if it determines the applicant falls under any of the following:
    1. If false information was registered
    2. If there is a recognized past violation of these Terms
    3. Any other case the Company deems inappropriate

Article 4 (Handling of User-Generated Content)

  1. Intellectual property rights and usage rights of User-Generated Content belong to the User. The User may use such content at their own responsibility, including for commercial use.
  2. However, if use of generated content infringes a third party's rights (including copyright, trademark, or patent rights), the User shall bear full responsibility.

Article 5 (Use of Data for AI Model Learning)

  1. Free Plan
    When using the free plan, the Company may use user input data, generated content, and related metadata for service quality improvement, enhancement, and AI model training purposes.
    However, information that constitutes personal information shall be handled within the scope described in this Privacy Policy, and handling policies may differ depending on whether explicit user consent exists.
  2. Pro Plan
    When using the paid plan (Pro plan), the Company will not use input data or generated content provided by the User for AI model training purposes.
    However, the Company may use anonymized statistical analytics data for service provision, operations, incident response, security measures, and improvements.
  3. Consent Management
    The User has the right to later withdraw consent for use of data for learning purposes. After withdrawal, the Company will not use that User's data for model learning.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

The User must not engage in the following acts:

  1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  2. Acts that infringe rights of others (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.)
  3. Acts that interfere with operation of the Service
  4. Unauthorized use, analysis, or modification of external AI models
  5. Re-lending or redistribution of the Service to third parties
  6. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 7 (Disclaimer and No Warranty)

  1. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by the User through use of the Service.
  2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service or generated content.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from technical errors, server downtime, data loss, or similar issues related to provision of the Service.

Article 8 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may change these Terms at any time by notifying users or posting the updated Terms in the Service. The revised Terms become effective at the time of posting.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute related to the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

Supplement (Example)

Supplement regarding responsibility for User-Generated Content:

The User is responsible for ensuring that generated 3D data and deliverables do not infringe any third-party copyright and are not used in violation of applicable laws.

Addendum

These Terms shall apply from February 1, 2026.
