    Payment Methods

    • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, etc.)
    • Debit card
    • Bank transfer (prepayment)

    Payment Timing

    • Credit card: charged immediately upon completion of the subscription procedure.
    • Debit card: charged immediately upon completion of the payment procedure.
    • Bank transfer: please make prepayment within 7 days after subscription. Service usage starts after payment confirmation.

    Bank transfer fees are borne by the user.

  9. Service Provision Timing

    • Credit card: service starts immediately after the payment is approved.
    • Debit card: service starts immediately after payment completion.
    • Bank transfer: service starts once payment confirmation is completed.

    For bank transfers, confirmation is based on reflected bank transactions during business hours on weekdays.

  10. Returns, Cancellation, and Termination

    • This Service is an online digital service. Due to the nature of the Service, returns, refunds, and cancellations are not accepted after purchase/payment is completed.

    Cancellation or refund cannot be accepted after payment completion for any reason.

    • When terminating a paid plan mid-cycle, the monthly fee for the current month is not refundable.

    Monthly plans are not prorated, and fees apply until the next renewal date.

    • Termination must be processed via the method specified by the Company.

    • If you wish to cancel before service starts (before payment), please contact support.

    The non-refundable policy above applies after payment completion.

  11. Other Necessary Fees

    • Bank transfer fees are borne by the user.
    • Installment fees (if installment payment is selected) may apply separately at contract time.
    • Consumption tax and similar taxes related to billing are included in displayed prices.
    • Payment handling fees (e.g., card/debit usage fees) may be borne by the user unless otherwise specified on the site or covered by the Company.
    • Optional costs requested by users in connection with service delivery (e.g., custom services, additional support) will be charged separately.
